Educational Qualification
For Operators
Candidates should have completed HSC (10+2) or ISC with Science subjects (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics) with at least 50% marks overall. English must be one of the subjects, at least at the SSC level.
For Maintainers
Candidates need to have completed SSC (10th) with a minimum of 50% marks in Science and Mathematics separately and possess a 2-year ITI certificate in relevant trades (Electrician, Fitter, Instrumentation, Electronics, Machinist, Turner, Welder). If the ITI course was less than 2 years, candidates must have at least one year of relevant work experience. You should study English, at least at the SSC level.
Age Limit
Applicants must be between 18 to 24 years old as of September 11, 2024. As required by the government, age restrictions will be lowered.
Selection Process
The selection for Category-II Stipendiary Trainee positions includes:
- Written Examination
- Physical Standard Test
- Document Verification and Medical Test
- Skill Test (only for Maintainer positions)
